With 25% of your body's bones and muscles and 33 joints located below the ankles, that's a lot of mobility your feet are capable of. But, in a world of constrictive footwear and repetitive, flat walking surfaces (when we're walking at all), a huge amount of that mobility is never utilized, creating stiffness, pain, lack of circulation, unhealthy tissue and even problems 'upstream' - in the knees, hips, back, and even the shoulders and neck.
In this lab, we will focus on specific exercises to start mobilizing the joints, nourishing the tissues, and explore how your stance and your footwear may be hindering happiness for your feet.
